Leading the UX design for EMEA as Senior Web Designer for Merrell Footwear. My role involved product updates, UX reviews and solutions, FED, email design and development, marketing asset creation and leading brand projects and site re-designs.

Art Direction
Art direction for brand campaigns and marketing moments such as Black Friday and peak seasonal promotional periods and e-commerce photoshoots.
Product Design
Designing site updates and A/B tests for the digital product using performance data, to drive solutions to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
UX/UI Design
Reviewing the user experience and user journeys and improving the user interface based off data insights. Focusing on the user when creating new campaigns and driving promotions. Creating designs to meet the UX goals of every projects
Campaign Design
Creating campaigns for major brand moments such as a trail running launch with Strava and other competitions.
Front End Development
Coding in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Also working alongside full time developers in cross functional teams. Using SalesForce as our CRM.
Project Management
Managing the project throughout its lifecycle including development management and QA with development teams.
Data Analytics
Using ContentSquare to drive insightful data driven decisions and set up clear projects to review on a monthly basis.
